• Entry fee $45.00 Per Person
  Included are green fee, cart, Lunch and prizes.
  Prizes will be awarded at the tournament.

• Tournament Sponsor: Includes two (2) tournament entries plus recognition as a Great Wastewater Golf Shootout Sponsor for only $120.00
• Hole Sponsor: Hole sponsors will be individually recognized for their contributions at specific holes.  Include are the Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive.  The contributions may be in cash or prizes with the suggested value of $50.00 or $100.00. Please describe contribution:
• The Great Wastewater Golf Shootout is also accepting donated items, such as Logo Golf Balls, Tees, or Towels.  Recognition will be given to all parties donating items.
