WATER ENVIRONMENT FEDERATION EXCHANGE MEETING

Welcome to the 2004 WEF/MA Exchange Meetings. We hope you will be able to attend at least one of these meetings! Below you will find information on the hotel accommodations for this meeting. Please note that each meeting attendee is responsible for making his/her hotel room reservations directly with the hotel.
You must also register to attend the meeting with WEF. Registration is free-of-charge. Click here to be taken to registration. You may fill out and submit the form online, or print out and fax to (703) 684-2492 (Attention: Maria Menacho).
Meeting attendees may want to arrive at their hotel by 4:00 p.m. on the Thursday prior to the meeting in order to attend the Welcome Reception. The work meeting will run all day Friday and half day on Saturday. The meeting usually adjourns on Saturday at around noon. Additional information, including details on special events and meeting agendas, will be sent to each attendee three weeks prior to each meeting.

Room Rates: Single: $79 per night for both single and double occupancy.
Reservations should be made by March 30, 2004. All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. Cancellations must be made no later than 4pm the day prior to arrival in order to avoid penalty of one night's room/tax charge.
