DEADLINE:
INSTRUCTIONS:	1.      All nomination forms must be submitted in triplicate (3 copies) including all attachments. 2.      Nominators must use the attached form; other formats will not be accepted. 3.      Submitted materials will not be returned to sender.
REQUIREMENTS:	Candidate must be a member of the OWEA and have demonstrated significant participation in one or more of the following areas:  Wastewater Analysis, Education, Training, Certification, Management and Planning of a Wastewater Laboratory or Laboratory Personnel
EVALUATION CRITERIA:	The OWEA Executive Board will decide induction.  The Executive Board will use the following criteria to select a nominee for the award: 1.      Years of experience and significant participation in one or more of the areas listed in the above section titled REQUIREMENTS; 2.      Involvement in promoting the professional recognition of the Wastewater Laboratory field; 3.      Participation in the OWEA Laboratory Practices Committee; 4.      Papers or articles accepted by state, regional or national publications.  Technical presentations at professional conferences. 5.      Membership in WEF National Laboratory Practices Committee.
OTHER:	The selection committee recognizes and honors separately, both the inductees and their employers for their combined contributions, which promotes increased professionalism in the laboratory field.
