Dear Fellow Members:

In October 2006 the Water Environment Federation House of Delegates amended its Constitution and Bylaws (C&B). These changes are:

1.       WEF Delegate (or Delegates) Change from "Director" to Delegate".

2.       Membership Classifications, Qualifications and Privileges WEF Membership classes are changed to Individual and Group.

Due to these modifications in WEF's C&B, the OWEA is required to amend our C&B at the next regularly scheduled business meeting to be held at the 2007 Conference on May 8, 2007 at 5:00 PM. Attached with this correspondence is proposed language amending the OWEA C&B to conform with the WEF's modifications. Please review and attend the Business meeting to discuss and vote on required amendments.
