The Arthur Sydney Bedell Award is presented to individuals who have provided an extraordinary level of service to the Oklahoma Water Environment Association

Criteria:

1.         The nominee must be a member of the Water Environment Federation.

2.         The nominee must have provided distinguished service to the Oklahoma Water Environment Association through organizational leadership, adminstrative service, membership recruitment, or stimulation of technical functions.
