12-14, 2008 presented jointly by the Oklahoma Chapter of the American Public Works Association and the

Oklahoma Water Environment Association.

Once again, APWAOK and OWEA are combining their efforts to create a tremendous professional conference

experience! you won't want to miss. Every topic on the program meets Oklahoma PDH requirements as well as

twelve hours of ODEQ approved water/wastewater operator renewal training will be offered. For updates on the

Our audience will include professionals from all areas of public service, including water/wastewater operations,

fleet management, street maintenance, engineering design and public works management. Invitations are being

sent to engineers, private sector consultants, public works directors & administrators, water and wastewater

departments, street superintendents, utility departments, equipment operators, county commissioners, tribal

personnel and other public service entities.

To kick off the conference, the annual golf tournament will be held on Monday, May 12th. The conference training

sessions will be held at the Southern Hills Marriott located at 1902 E. 71st Street in Tulsa. Hotel reservations can be

made by calling the Marriott at 918-493-7000. Please mention the APWA/OWEA Conference for a special rate of

$73 + tax per night. Our block of rooms will be held until April 20th. After this date, rooms will be available as

space allows.

Exhibits will be in the Sequoia/Silver Oak rooms of the Marriott. Exhibit fees for this tremendous conference are a

great value to your company. We are offering an 8' x 10' pipe and draped space for $375 or table top only display

space is available for $275. All exhibitors must provide a certificate of liability insurance to exhibit at this
