OWEA President Shellie Chard McClary presents the Golden Manhole Award to Robert Shelton.

This years Golden Manhole award recipient was Robert "Bob" Shelton. Bob is an Engineer with the City of Tulsa. He has been very instrumental in the City's aggressive program to reduce sanitary sewer overflows.
